5. Subscriptions
Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled according to the billing platform's policies. Pricing and billing frequency are shown before purchase.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify, Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers. Harvest IQ does not store complete payment card numbers.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not copy or redistribute proprietary content without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
Harvest IQ software, branding, designs, graphics, and original content remain the property of Harvest IQ Garden unless otherwise stated.

Harvest IQ is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every gardening situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
